Against a
background of escalating crises a growing number of
citizens, groups, organisations and
political leaders are calling for global reconciliation,
fair distribution of resources, demilitarization
and truth about what happened on September 11, 2001.
The events of
September 11 have been used as the central justification
for the "War on Terror"
but very well documented evidence shows that the official
explanation of 9/11 just cannot be correct.
The "War on Terror" has caused the death of
nearly a million people and while claiming to bring
freedom
and democracy, the war in reality is fought to secure
strategic recources and supremacy.
Instead of finding Osama Bin Laden and weapons of mass
destruction there is now widespread
contamination with cancer-causing depleted uranium
munitions that has been used in large quantities
by NATO forces in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Numerous newspapers and recently BBC Radio reported of
dramatically rising birth deformities. (1)
In the aftermath of 9/11, systematic surveillance and
dismantling of constitutional rights is alarming.
Although in civilized societies torture must be
prohibited in any form it is reportedly used.
The military-industrial complex and a group of huge
multinational companies within the G8 countries
are mainly responsible for the incalcuable consequences
of this policy.
According to the UN environmental agency, a fraction of
the annual global military expenditure of
1.000 Billion Dollars could ensure that all humans have
access to clean water
and a basic supply of food and healthcare.
Oxfam, a
Non-Governmental Organization recently stated that the
8.500 Billion Dollars promised by
rich G8 governments to rescue banks would be sufficient
to end global extreme poverty for 50 years. (2)
8.500 Billion are 40 times the money G8 countries spend
annually to fight poverty crises around the world.
Rapid conversion
of military industries to civilian purposes and the
development of ecological energy
resources is therefore both absolutely essential and a
real possibility.

Yukihisa Fujita, a member of Parliament in March 2009 published a book titled:
"Questioning 9/11 Terror at the Japanese Parliament
Can Obama Change the USA?"
In 2008 Yukihisa Fujita questioned 9/11 several times in parliament. In January, April he had long
appearances questioning The Prime Minister and members of his cabinet about 9/11 and Afghanistan.
In October he held a groundbreaking speech in front of the lower house of parliament,
Yukihisa Fujita claims that 9/11 is the main reason for the "War on Terror" and needs to be again investigated
in order to find peaceful solutions and an end of military occupation and poverty.

9/11 is the most important event in American history since December 7, 1941, when Japanese forces attacked
Pearl Harbor. The magnitude of the impact of 9/11 on America and the rest of the world cannot be overstated.

Over 900 architectural and engineering professionals and 3572
other supporters including A&E students
have signed the petition demanding of Congress a truly
independent investigation.

:We are a non-partisan association of Architects,
Engineers, and affiliates, who are dedicated to exposing
the falsehoods and to revealing truths about the
“collapses” of the WTC high-rises on 9/11/01.
We call upon Congress for a truly independent
investigation with subpoena power. We believe that there
may be sufficient evidence to conclude that the World
Trade Center buildings #1 (North Tower), #2 (South
Tower), and #7 (the 47 story high-rise across Vessey St.)
were destroyed not by jet impact and fires but by
controlled demolition with explosives.
We believe that our website, as well as the other
referenced sites, contains the information necessary to
demonstrate to all with an open mind that this is the
case, and that such an investigation is warranted and
overdue. We believe that the available relevant evidence
casts grave doubt on the government's official story of
these “collapses”.
Richard Gage, AIA is the founding member of
ae911Truth.org. He has been a practicing Architect for 20
years and has worked on most types of building
construction including numerous fire-proofed steel-framed
buildings.

On Behalf of the People of the United States of America,
the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth
and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly
independent investigation with subpoena power in order to
uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01
- specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center
Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient
doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11
investigation must be re-opened and must include a full
inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might
have been the actual cause of the destruction of the
World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.
